Concerns about under eye bags and wrinkles are common with aging. Under eye bags are caused by the aging of the skin, orbicularis muscle (the muscle around the eyelids), and orbital septum. Gravity continually pulls the under eye bags, and the pressure causes the  muscle to loosen and under eye fat to flow out and form an eye bag.

If your under-eye bags are truly caused by a bulging fat pad, then you can have a surgical procedure or Agnes electrothermolysis to remove that fat pad entirely.

The AGNES Under eye bag treatment is incision free and improves the appearance of wrinkles and eye bag. The AGNES treatment induces collagen production and causes contractions on the skin. In the same session a separate fine needle is inserted to tighten the orbital septum and burns the infraorbital fat through electrothermolysis.

Usually 2 – 3 treatments in a two month interval is needed; each session takes 15-20 minutes (excluding anesthesia time).

After the procedure, the treatment area could be red, with mild swelling and/or bruising, and your skin might feel tight and sensitive to the touch. These symptoms may take four to fourteen days to resolve completely.
