Services

Physicals / Annual Wellness Exams: Physicals are medical check-ups that assess a person's overall health and well-being. They typically involve a comprehensive medical history review, a physical examination, and various tests and screenings. Physicals are often recommended as a preventive measure to detect potential health issues before they become serious.

Acute Care: Acute care refers to sudden non-emergency medical needs that need to be addressed. Examples of some acute conditions include:

  • Cold and flu symptoms

  • Respiratory infections

  • Ear infections

  • Sore throat

  • Rash

  • Fever

  • Headaches

  • UTI

  • Vomiting and upset stomach

Minor Procedures: Minor procedures are medical interventions that are relatively simple, low-risk, and can be performed on an outpatient basis. Examples of minor procedures include biopsies, suturing of wounds, removal of skin lesions, and joint injections.

Chronic Care Management: Chronic Care Management refers to the effective management of long-term conditions that require ongoing evaluation and treatment.  Examples of chronic conditions include hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, COPD, and heart disease.

Screenings: Primary care providers conduct medical screenings to identify diseases and health conditions before they manifest symptoms. These screenings can detect conditions at an early stage when they are easier to manage. Based on your age, gender, and medical background, your provider may suggest cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, or osteoporosis screening. It's crucial to undergo recommended screenings as they are essential for long-term health maintenance.

Weight Management: Our registered dietitian offers weight loss services, as well as Medical Nutrition Therapy to help our patients pursue a healthy lifestyle, as well as having a faster course of healing by using food as a tool of treatment. We help our patients with chronic medical conditions that struggle with diabetes, heart, kidney disease, and others, through their dietary challenges

Pain Management:  Our clinic provides acute and chronic pain management through pain contracts for patients on long term medications for pain control. Trigger point injections for back, neck, and arm knots help our patients  experience immediate relief.  Nerve blocks are an option for neuropathy patients as well.
